Welcome to the DeadHappy Promotional Offer Terms. Here you’ll be able to read the terms and conditions that apply to the promotional offer you've signed up for.

Introduction

DeadHappy Promotional Offers are made available by DeadHappy in connection with a DeadHappy Life Insurance policy.

The Promotional Offers

DeadHappy will waive your payments for the period advertised from your policy start date.

• By submitting your discount code and payment details, you confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Offer advertised and accept and agree to these Promotional Offer Terms. 

Cashback

You may be eligible to receive cashback from one of our affiliate partners if you purchase life insurance after clicking through from their site.

• Cashback rates are subject to change both up and down.

• You can use a promo code in conjunction with the cashback offer.

• Once validated, you should receive your cashback within 4 - 10 weeks.

• If you believe your transaction has not been processed properly, please submit a “Missing Cashback” query directly with the merchant within 100 days of the 6 month anniversary of purchase. Details can be found on the merchants website.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a Promotional Offer, users must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You must be a new customer and not have, or have previously had, a DeadHappy Life Insurance policy at any time in the past.

2. Unless otherwise stated you must provide DeadHappy with a valid and current payment method that is approved by DeadHappy.

3. To earn cashback:

   • you will need to start your quote from the affiliates site to ensure it is properly tracked.

   • you need to make sure your BACS details are correct and registered with the cashback merchant because cashback is only payable via BACS.

   • Your policy must be live for a minimum of 6 months and all payments must be up to date.

• Wills are provided by LoveLegal Group Ltd (company number 12161464) whose registered office address is Level 1, Regal House, London Road, Twickenham, England, TW1 3QS

• All information collected by DeadHappy under any Promotional Offer will be processed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy A Promotional Offer must be accepted before the stated expiration date, if any. 

• DeadHappy reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a Promotional Offer at any time and for any reason.

• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or coupon.

• Deadhappy reserves the right to refuse the issue of any promotional offer at any time

• Promo codes can only be used once and cannot be used again by the same customer.  

• By redeeming your promotional offer code, you confirm your acceptance of the Promotional Offer advertised and accept and agree to these Promotional Offer Terms.

• Cashback can only be earnt on the first policy purchased.

Duration and cancellation.

The Promotional Period shall continue for the period advertised.

Unless you cancel your policy before the end of the Promotional Period, at the end of the promotional period we will automatically start to take a monthly payment from the payment method you provided when you took out your policy. This will be for the amount you need to pay us for providing your cover. See your Life Insurance Agreement for more detail.

If you cancel your Life Insurance policy before the end of the Promotional Period, your policy will be cancelled and no further payment will be taken.
